Displays clear and consistent strength throughout the routine. Demonstrates control in movements, including entries and exits, highlighting upper body, core, and lower body strength.

tricks

Demonstrates creativity and variety in pole combinations and transitions, including both going on and off the pole. This should cover not just the difficulty of tricks shown, but also the creativity and uniqueness of the actual skills and transitions used in the routine.

flexibility & mobility

Shows a good range of motion and active flexibility, with control into and out of end ranges. Includes movement through the legs, back,

and shoulders. Competitor should be able to enter, hold, and exit flexibility moves with confidence and control.

Entertainment, Musicality & performance quality

Shows confidence, charisma, and sensual appeal. It focuses on the ability to captivate and attract attention through body language, energy, and authenticity, whether subtle or bold. It is about exuding an irresistible, magnetic presence that leaves a lasting impression.

costume concept award

Judged on creativity, originality, visual impact, and how well the costume complements the theme and enhances the overall routine.
